This all-in-one rotary screw air compressor for laser cutting offers optional air receiver tank capacities: 1m³, 2m³, 3m³ and 4m³. The 4-in-1 skid integrates screw host, air tank, refrigerated dryer and 3-stage precision filters, plug-and-play after power connection. The large buffer tank stabilizes pressure fluctuation. It maintains constant pressure at 16bar / 20bar even with simultaneous peak air demand from multiple laser cutters. Equipped with complete air treatment system, it supplies low dew-point clean dry compressed air to protect laser lenses and nozzles, reducing clogging, lens fogging and cutting burrs. 1m³ tank for small workshops with single laser machine; 2~3m³ for 2–3 laser cutters running together; 4m³ large tank for large steel structure & engineering component factories with multiple laser machines working continuously. It avoids frequent compressor start-stop, extends equipment service life.
